We are conducting online focus group conversations about banking preferences and needs of businesses and organizations in Western Massachusetts.
If you are eligible to participate and take part in a 90-minute focus group using Zoom from your own computer or laptop you will receive $300.
Participation is confidential, and no one will try to sell you anything—the only purpose of this research is to understand opinions. You would not be asked to discuss proprietary information. Furthermore, your identity will remain confidential and will never be associated with anything you share now or during the interview.
You would have your choice of receiving your $300 thank you payment as a virtual gift card for Visa, Amazon, Best Buy, Starbucks or many other retailers, PayPal, Venmo, a direct bank deposit, or as a check sent to you via postal mail.
