This application can be completed all at once or incrementally. At any time after completing a page and clicking on "CONTINUE" at the bottom of the page, you can click on the "Exit application and return later" area that appears at the top right hand corner of each page and you will be taken out of the application. When you return to the application (provided that you are using the same computer) you will be taken to the point at which you left off.
