This approximately 15 minute on-line angler survey is being conducted in conjunction with a recently completed telephone survey of New Jersey trout anglers. If you participated in the telephone survey, conducted during October and November of 2012 please DO NOT take this on-line survey as we already have your responses.

The New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife is conducting this survey to obtain angler feedback concerning its trout stocking program. The information collected coupled with telephone responses will be used to guide future management and regulation decisions. It is imperative to the success of this on-line component that each angler responds to the survey only ONCE.

Please have your Conservation ID Number (CID#) handy before beginning the survey. Your CID# is the 9 digit number found on your license. This information, as well as your zip code, will only be used to assure that each angler responds only once. At no time will answers of specific individuals to specific questions be viewed.

The survey is set up so if you are uncertain of a question, or change your mind to a previous response you may return to a previous question and modify your original response. Once a survey is completed, however, all answers are final. Once your completed survey is submitted you will unable to review your responses.

The results to both this survey and the telephone survey will be presented at the upcoming Annual Trout Meeting held at 10 am on February 16, 2013 at the Pequest Trout Hatchery.
