Hello! You are invited to participate in the Speak to Your Health Community Survey. This survey is being conducted by the Prevention Research Center of Michigan and the Genesee County Health Department. The goals of this project are to use survey data to compare county health conditions with national and state health conditions, examine the impact of health initiatives on community health, and promote change that improves the health of Genesee County communities.
All residents of Genesee County who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. The survey only takes about 25 minutes and asks about your health, neighborhood, and personal experiences. The on-line survey is secure and encrypted so third parties cannot see your data.
Each household that completes the survey will be entered into a drawing for one of ten $50 gift cards.
