You are invited to participate in this survey on the workplace behaviour experienced by apprentices and trainees. The aim is to learn from apprentices and trainees, so that the experiences of current and future apprentices/trainees at the workplace may be improved. Please do not provide your name or the name of your employer, so that nobody can be identified.
Participation in this survey is voluntary – by completing and submitting the survey you are indicating that you are voluntarily agreeing to participate. If you find participating in the survey upsetting in any way please feel free to stop filling in the survey at any time. If you feel you need additional support or advice feel free to phone WorkSafe’s free, confidential phone line on 1800 136 089. WorkSafe's advisors can give you information and advice and may refer you to another organisation that can help you. The survey should take about 15-20 minutes to complete. This research is being conducted on behalf of the State Government of Victoria by Darcy McCormack (Australian Catholic University) and Nick Djurkovic (Swinburne University of Technology). A summary of the overall information given by participants will be provided to the State Government of Victoria and other relevant organisations. The overall results may also be used in future academic publications. No information that can identify you or your employer will appear in any of these summaries or publications. To undertake this survey, you must be at least 18 years of age.
