Welcome to the 2019 Impact After School Conference Call for Youth Performances. The purpose of this survey is to solicit proposals for youth performances or presentations for the conference during plenary sessions (when all participants are in the same room together). The 2017 conference is a one and a half-day conference that will take place on April 25 and 26, 2019, at the Ramada Tropics in Des Moines.

Youth performances may be a single youth or multiple youth. The performance should last no longer than 15-20 minutes. The conference will cover mileage for youth and hotel stays, if needed. Some ideas of performances include:
  • Students sharing their afterschool/summer experiences
  • Plays or acting out books
  • Poetry or Artwork presentations
  • Any other skill, experience, activity, or passion students would like to share with the Impact audience
* Please remember that because this is a 21CCLC-sponsored conference, preference will be given to 21CCLC programs. At the same time, this conference is relevant to ALL out-of-school time professionals and we encourage all relevant organizations to apply.
