Thank you for participating in this year's 'Top 10' Survey, in which we identify the terms and conditions that are negotiated most frequently and those which most often lie at the heart of any dispute. As with all IACCM studies, your input remains confidential. This year, in addition to producing a ranking of today's top terms, we once again ask you to tell us the topics that you believe should form the focus for future negotiation. And we would also like to know about any major shifts you have observed this year due to the change in economic and governance standards.
