You are about to begin the Industrial/Organizational Solutions, Inc. (IOS) Pilot Test Survey.
Carefully enter your information for each category in order to be considered for participation in the Pilot Test. If you are selected for the Pilot Test, we will contact you via email with further information.
The Pilot Test is scheduled for five more sessions that will occur at various locations around the Chicagoland area:
1. 9:00am – 1:00pm on Thursday, March 22nd at our office in Westchester.
2. 1:30pm – 5:30pm on Thursday, March 22nd at our office in Westchester.
3. 9:00am – 1:00pm on Saturday, March 24th at UIC in the West Loop of Chicago.
4. 1:30pm – 5:30pm on Saturday, March 24th at UIC in the West Loop of Chicago.
5. 9:00am – 1:00pm on Monday, March 26th at our office in Westchester.
2. 1:30pm – 5:30pm on Thursday, March 22nd at our office in Westchester.
3. 9:00am – 1:00pm on Saturday, March 24th at UIC in the West Loop of Chicago.
4. 1:30pm – 5:30pm on Saturday, March 24th at UIC in the West Loop of Chicago.
5. 9:00am – 1:00pm on Monday, March 26th at our office in Westchester.
