4. Cancellation, Substitution, and Refund Policies
Substitution(s) of attendees may be made five (5) business days prior to the beginning of the event (in-person or virtual). Please ensure that all communications with the EEOC Training Institute include the attendee's name, phone number, email address and event date. Once the request is processed, the attendee will receive a confirmation email regarding the request.

By the Attendee - All cancellations must be received more than ten (10) business days prior to an event to be eligible for a refund, less a $35.00 processing fee. No shows are not eligible for a refund.

By the EEOC Training Institute - If an event is cancelled due to low enrollment or for some other administrative reason, the attendee will receive an email notification and a full refund.

* An attendee's failure to test their electronic device(s) prior to the date of the event and communicate those technical issues to the EEOC Training Institute may impact their ability to receive a refund.

Instructions to complete EEOC's Miscellaneous Electronic Processing Form on Pay.gov:

The fields required below must be completed on the EEOC's Miscellaneous Electronic Processing Form at Pay.gov.  The information on the Form must be accurate to ensure that payment is processed. 

Copy and paste the below information in a place you can reference. You will need this information on the Pay.gov site.

       All payees must select “Individual”

2.    For Payment Amount*
       Enter $800.00

3.    For Reference Document Number*

4.    For EEOC Office*
       Select “Revolving Refund”

5.    For Purpose or Other*
       Select “EEOC RF Training Institute – 45X4019”

6.    Select Payer*
       Select “Self-Payment” If attendee is paying.
       Select "Third Party Payment" If an employer or other party is making the payment on behalf of the
       attendee, the third party's first and last name is required. 
The Attendee’s registration for the EXCEL Virtual Training Conference is not complete until both this enrollment form is submitted and payment has been received at Pay.gov.  An email will be sent to the attendee from pay.gov confirming that payment has been received.

Please note that ONLY one payment for one attendee can be made at a time. A new enrollment form must be completed if paying for more than one attendee. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
