We want your feedback!

The FWC is responsible for managing Florida's fish and wildlife resources for their long-term well-being and for the benefit of people. This often involves enacting and enforcing rules and regulations governing activities such as hunting and fishing. FWC staff are seeking your input on a package of proposed hunting rule changes, including many dealing with FWC-managed lands, via this online commenting tool.

FWC Commissioners will consider these proposed hunting rule changes and provide guidance to staff on how to proceed at their Nov. 30 - Dec. 1, 2022, meeting. Commissioners will consider the proposed rule changes for final adoption at their February 2023 meeting.  If adopted, most rules will take effect July 1, 2023, and be in place for the 2023-2024 hunting season.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts!
