Speed-Up Plan Application
This application enables Vacation Villas at FantasyWorld timeshare owners to apply for the Speed-Up Plan. This application is for owners at the original (unnumbered) Vacation Villas at FantasyWorld. Owners at Vacation Villas at FantasyWorld TWO (the towers) or any other resort are directed to contact their resort for exit strategy options.
Here is how the Speed-Up Plan works:
There are 7 years of usage left before 2030. If you pay for your remaining weeks of vacation now and agree to use them all between 2024-2025, you can surrender your deed to the Association and be done sooner. We call this the Speed-Up Plan and it works for owners who would prefer using multiple weeks in the next couple of years. The Speed-Up Plan is based on annual usage only. Biennial owners can take advantage of this plan at the annual rate. Biennial owners who speed up in a year in which they do not get to use the timeshare will receive a credit for the maintenance fee paid in the year they speed up and did not get to use.
Owners wishing to end their timeshare early can pay their 2024 maintenance fee ($1,200.05) + the Speed-Up Fee for their type of ownership, promise to use their remaining weeks of vacation in 2024 - 2025 and complete their commitment early. The association will accept transfer of the deed at the time payment is made. We take over ownership of the week immediately. You don’t have to pay any more maintenance fees, special assessments, or anything like that. In return, you can book and use your 2024 week normally and we issue you seven certificates redeemable for one week’s stay for each in either 2024 or 2025. Your certificate usage corresponds with your ownership season—gold for gold and platinum for platinum. You can use the certificates yourself, sell them, give them away, or make a reservation and deposit your week with your exchange company. Whoever uses such a certificate will be treated just like an owner—no rental fee, no taxes, no resort fee, no parking fee, etc. Of course, just like any owner, the certificate holder will be charged for personal expenses such as meals and drinks. Certificates can be used to confirm reservations for up to two units for the same week.

This version of the Speed-Up Plan is available for a limited time only and is subject to change or revocation at any time (this version will likely be discontinued on August 31, 2024). Interested? The total cost shown is in ADDITION to your $1,200.05 maintenance fee for 2024. You pay the entire amount when you return the signed contract and a signed, witnessed, and notarized deed to us.
