1. Have you been diagnosed with NASH (Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease) by a doctor?

4. Do you have stage 3 steatosis, as confirmed by your fibroscan?

7. Do you have a history of excessive alcohol consumption defined as more than 14 drinks/week for females and more than 21 drinks/week for males?
