The goal of this survey is to provide an independent picture of the average rates being charged by shops in many parts of the country and in individual states. No individual shop information of any kind will be published when the results are released.
We have added a section to detail rates for repairs to vehicles with aluminum components.
In states where we are able to collect enough responses, the results of this survey will be made available to state and local shop associations at no charge.
