Top 10 Investment Mortgage Brokerages 2027
Does your brokerage belong in Australia’s Top 10?
Property investors expect more from their broker than access to a competitive loan. As portfolios grow, the right lending structure, lender knowledge and ongoing support can have a significant impact on what an investor can do next.
SPI and Liberty is launching the Top 10 Investment Mortgage Brokerages 2027 to recognise the specialist businesses setting the standard in investment lending across Australia.
This is not a ranking of individual brokers. We’re assessing the brokerage behind them, the expertise of its people, the investors it serves, the scale it has built, the experience it delivers to clients and the support it provides long after settlement.
Only 10 brokerages will make the final ranking, which will be published by SPI in January 2027.
If your business has built its reputation around helping property investors finance, grow and manage their portfolios, this is your opportunity to put that business forward and see how it measures up.
What will be assessed
Eligible brokerages will be assessed across five key areas:
