If my application is accepted, I understand my attendance is required for the duration of the event on Tuesday 10th October 2017 at Brisbane City Hall.

Attendance is free of charge for qualifying delegates, however this is an exclusive, high value one-day event of professional development & executive meetings. Therefore, attendee numbers are restricted and I agree that a cancellation fee of $400 will apply should I cancel after 03/10/2017 and my organisation does not provide a suitable replacement.
