As part of the Homes NSW Strategy 2025-2035, Homes NSW is planning to redevelop the vacant site at 56-66 Nicholson Street, Woolloomooloo. Vacant for more than a decade, the site presents an opportunity to deliver additional social housing and support the NSW Government's commitment to increase housing supply.
Homes NSW is seeking approval from the City of Sydney to build:
- a new three (3) storey residential building
- 15 homes in total – 13 x 1-bedroom units and 2 x 2-bedroom units
- landscaping and other site improvements.
