EurekaFacts, a social science research firm, is conducting a study on behalf of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) about digital tools used for planning transit trips. Each session will be no longer than 90 minutes.
This study requires participants to review tools on their smart mobile device. No purchases will be needed, and the applications may be deleted after the interview.
Interviews will be held virtually during October 8th – 23rd.
