Diversity, equity and inclusion are among the top business priorities for a majority of organizations, according to Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Outlook 2020 Study. For many of these organizations, these priorities have grown further in importance in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the social movement against racial injustice.

Therefore, Brandon Hall Group is expanding its annual research to a two-part effort. This study examines the current state of efforts around diversity, equity and inclusion. A second study, scheduled to launch later this summer, will examine how diversity, equity and inclusion efforts in organizations are changing due to political, economic, social and other factors.
