We on the corporate web team are enhancing the usability of our websites and building some brand new ones, and we wonder if you'd like to help. We will be running several short tests over the coming months, studying specific elements and logical flows to see how we can make them easier to use.

All our tests will be done remotely. Our test moderator will schedule you for a time that is convenient for you, and in most cases will use GoToMeeting to conduct and record the test. We will capture what you do (and say) as you work through a short test scenario.

The scenarios will be short and sweet -- most tests take around 15 minutes.

If you would like to be part of our testing pool, please fill out the following information.

When we are planning to conduct a test, we will review your profile. If it matches the user type we need to run through the test, we will email you instructions for that test. All of our tests are conducted either live via GotoMeeting, or using our testing platform called Optimal Workshop. Depending on the test you will either get a link, or a GotoMeeting invite.

There is no limit to the number of tests you can take. We may invite you to take several tests, depending on how often your profile matches the requirements of any given test.
