Experience: 
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the UAE
  • International experience preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Identify renewal opportunities
  • Request quotation from vendors and distribution
  • Prepare proposals and contract drafts for customers
  • Issue service contracts for customers
  • Keep individual customer installed base information up to date
  • Keep data bases for assets and contracts up to date
  • Interact with Help AG Business Development Managers, distributors, vendors and if necessary customers
Skills
  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably Arabic as well.

  • Good understanding of professional IT-Products and Licensing
