We (ClearView Research) are looking for 8 facilitators to support our research team between the 24th January - March 2022 to carry out a fun and interactive online research project about the impact of everyday home life and the environment on health and wellbeing in Southwark and Lambeth.

We (ClearView Research) are looking for 8 facilitators to support our research team between the 24th January - March 2022 to carry out a fun and interactive online research project about the impact of everyday home life and the environment on health and wellbeing in Southwark and Lambeth.
Purpose
The main role of the facilitator will be to interact with and comment on posts submitted by research participants via an online application. Facilitators will also support the research team with organising content on this research project.

This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to gain direct experience in research. You will need to be able to attend a 2 hour training session the week commencing 17th January and commit between 8 - 32 hours a week for six weeks between 24th January - 13th March 2022.
Facilitators will be paid £11.05 per hour.

Role Requirements
- Attend a training session the week commencing 17th January 2022
- Interact with research participants through an online platform over the course of six weeks. (This will involve liking, commenting on and responding to posts submitted by participants.)
- Organising content on this research project (e.g. filtering and creating tags on videos, images or text)
- Remotely supporting participants with downloading and setting up a mobile phone application
- Commit to shifts that are generally 4 or 6 hours long between 8am and 10pm (this includes evening and/or weekend shifts)
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have excellent communication, organisation and IT skills (essential)
- Feel confident using technology to communicate and interact with others (essential)
- Pay good attention to detail (essential)
- Have experience in a customer facing role (desirable)
- Bring good vibes and energy to the team (essential)
- Live in the UK (essential)
- Note: Facilitators are not required to have previous experience in research
