Course Name: Lighting Essentials

Level: Fundamental

This course will prepare newcomers or those with minimal lighting experience to the lighting industry with an introduction to lighting terminology, nomenclature, system technology and basic applications.

What you will learn:
• Fundamentals of light, vision and color
• Lighting technology (LED and Traditional) 
• Lighting system operating characteristics
• Basic lighting applications
• Basic understanding of controls and control options 
• Reference tools

Who should attend:
Electrical distributor and wholesaler personnel, electrical contractors, utility account executives and anyone who is relatively new to the business of lighting. A minimum working knowledge of lamps and lighting is preferred.

Course Fee:
$450 (Wilmington, MA – 3 days) covers course materials, breakfasts, lunches and a group dinner.
