Air Astana - Pilot Application Form

Dear Candidate,

Thank you for the interest in Air Astana!

You are on the official Air Astana pilot application form. SurveyMonkey is the platform used to securely collect applications for our recruitment process.

Please find below the lists of documents we will require for further steps of the selection process after submitting this form - we will get back to you by email once your initial application is approved for further steps.

· CV
· Passport
· Current License
· Current Medical Certificate
· ICAO English Certificate (can be stated on your license)
· Official Logbook (stamped and/or signed)
· Non-Accident/Incident Report from the Licensing Authority
· Criminal Record Certificate
· LPC/OPC Records (with comments) from previous employer (if you have past airline experience)

Additional documents if you have just graduated from flight school:

· ATPL results and number of reseats
· Final report from school
· IR and CPL exams number of attempts
· A non-accident/incident letter from flight school
· A recommendation letter from flight school
· Flight hours certificate from flight school

Additional documents for experienced pilots:

· Flight Hours Certificates from 3 previous employers
· Non-Accident/Incident Letters from 3 previous employers
· Recommendation Letters from last 3 employers

Note: we may request additional documents at a later stage of the application. If you are unable to provide documents from a company that has ceased its operations - we may either ask for alternatives or make them optional.
