The Algoma Workforce Investment Corporation (AWIC), your Local Workforce Planning Board, is collecting information from working and non-working individuals across the Algoma region to assess the overall quality of work life and employment-related experiences.

Why participate in the survey?
- In today's tight labour market with low unemployment rates, employers face fierce competition for talent. Participating in a Quality of Work-life survey can provide valuable insights into what employees value the most, prompting businesses to re-evaluate their policies and practices related to the quality of work.
- By taking steps to enhance their reputation as a great place to work, businesses can attract and retain top talent, improving productivity, job satisfaction, and overall well-being. Completing the Survey
Although you might receive a request to complete the survey from more than one source, we ask that you complete the survey only once.
Please answer all questions as accurately and completely as possible.
The survey can take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

AWIC is supportive of local businesses and our regional communities, and as an incentive for participating in the survey there will be a chance to win one of 4 weekly prizes of various goods from local businesses. Please opt in at the end of the survey and provide the correct contact information to be entered. Entry is optional and your contact information will not be linked to your survey responses.
Confidentiality
Your identity will be protected by the design of the survey. All responses provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for statistical purposes. The results will only be published in aggregate form, ensuring that individual responses cannot be identified.
