As a part of Seven Hills Foundation’s ongoing effort to maintain and improve our high standards of service, we annually survey the satisfaction of those supported by our various affiliates. We ask responders to complete a questionnaire and to offer suggestions regarding possible ways of enhancing our services. The surveys are conducted through the Office of Data Analytics and Quality Enhancement. The surveys are summarized and reported to Senior Leadership, the Board of Directors, and the programs being surveyed.
