Bellevue Parks & Community Services created the Pop-up Dog Off-Leash Pilot Program in response to growing community interest in more accessible, safe and clean places for dogs to exercise and play off leash. Temporary fenced off-leash areas will “pop up” at select parks and other city-owned properties throughout Bellevue.

This pilot program is an opportunity to test potential off-leash spaces, improve access across the city and hear directly from the community. Visit the sites and share your feedback by taking the survey.
