7C's Pro-Human Model

Welcome to the GLS 7C’s Pro-Human Model Assessment. This assessment aims to determine the challenges and opportunities before your organization to create a workplace where all can thrive while growing your pro-human capacity and culture.
 
Taking this assessment is a first step in helping local governments develop a positive, engaged, innovative, and productive environment, starting with awareness of the organizational status on their journey toward a pro-human culture.
 
During this 29-question survey, you will be asked to rate your opinions and thoughts on your organization. At the conclusion of the questionnaire, you will be prompted to schedule a time when we will provide you with your interpretive report and recommended next steps.
