Payscale is seeking speakers for multiple opportunities in 2026.

We are seeking energetic and engaging people with subject matter expertise in compensation management as well as HR leaders, talent acquisition leaders, and finance leaders for where those roles intersect with compensation.

Opportunities include:

Compference26 will be taking place September 15-17 2026.

Speakers must be available for speaker dates as well as prep time leading up to the event so we will ask about your PTO and general availability.

Speakers are preferably Payscale customers and advocates (Payfactors, Marketpay, Paycycle, Datapeople) but we will consider consultants and analysts who are fans of Payscale products.

Speaking is based on merit and is unpaid. All applicants will be considered. As speaking is an ongoing opportunity, you will only be notified if selected.
