The National Military Family Association (NMFA) and Bloom: Empowering the Military Teen want to hear from military-connected teens like you. When you share your story, you're helping make a difference in the lives of young people in our community now and in the future.

This survey is open to children of military service members who are between the ages of 13-24.

Your responses are confidential and you can read more about NMFA's privacy policy here. We look at your responses as part of a group, not as individuals, and we hope that you will be candid about your experience as a military teen. If at any point you do not wish to continue you can stop taking the survey.
