Introduction


This initiative aims to provide structured peer review training for junior neurologists and neurology trainees, addressing the lack of formal education in manuscript evaluation, constructive feedback, and editorial processes. By offering training through an established European journal, we seek to enhance scientific skills, expand the pool of qualified reviewers, and promote inclusivity in neurological research, ultimately improving review quality and reducing turnaround times.

To achieve these goals, participants will join a 12-months training programme and be paired with a professional Editor from the European Journal of Neurology.
