Question Title

Eligibility Criteria

1) Active RRFS member who can potentially fulfil a 5 year-mandate as Officer (evaluated based on CV and declaration of the applicant)

2) Previous experience with EAN (EAN Schools participation, congress abstracts submission, applying for fellowships/grants, participation in the EAN Committees or task forces, Scientific Panels membership).

3) Based in and affiliated with an institution located in one of EAN’s Full Institutional Members Countries, for the entire time spent in the office. If the Chair is no longer affiliated with an institution located in a Full Institutional EAN Member Country, they need to step down from the position.

4) Ability to devote the necessary amount of time to fulfil their tasks within the EAN RRFS Office.

5) Ability to travel to/attend all relevant meetings of the RRFS Office (and/or EAN Board) or any such meetings, if necessary.

6) Ability to attend the Annual EAN Congress.

In case that a RRFS Representative is elected as Treasurer (Officer), they need to step down from their position as Representative for the time they spend in the RRFS Office.
