(How) Have RFPs Been Revised?

Requests for proposal (RFP) and their “cousin” the RFI (request for information) have long been an integral part of fulfilling the obligation to ensure that the services rendered (and fees assessed) for a plan are reasonable.  This week we’d like to know what changes, if any, you’ve seen – and what changes you recommend.
