Parent Gym is coming to Kensington Primary School... Come and give your parenting skills a 'workout'.

Parent Gym is a six-week parenting programme: each weekly session lasts two hours, and is packed with practical tips and strategies to make family life easier and help your children thrive. Parent Gym is aimed at all parents, and is a great opportunity to share the good and the more challenging aspects of parenting in supportive and enjoyable sessions.

A place on the course is worth £250, but we are pleased to provide up to 20 free places on the programme at Kensington Primary through our partnership with the school.

Over 6000 parents across the country have already participated, with 96% saying they would recommend Parent Gym to other parents.

The Parent Gym programme at Kensington Primary School will be running on:
Thursday afternoons, from 1:00pm - 3:00pm,
commencing on Thursday 11th October.
There will be a Taster session on Thursday 4th October from 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm. Do come along to find out what Parent Gym is about.

Parent Gym and our coaches will use your details to administer the course, to notify you of any changes or cancellations etc and to communicate with you about the course.
