Question Title The HealthUnlocked Member and Admin Awards 2018 recognise the people helping others on HealthUnlocked and the role that admins play in keeping the communities safe and useful . Categories: There are three categories that you can nominate in: Positive impact member: The user whose positivity helps make your life better Admin of the year: The admin who makes the biggest difference to the community Member of the year: The user who posts, blogs and shares information that helps you manage your health condition better or improve your health Nomination Criteria The member or admin nominated must be a member of the HealthUnlocked platform Nominees must have made a minimum of 20 posts and/or replies within HealthUnlocked The person must have made a significant contribution to other users on HealthUnlocked The information they share on HealthUnlocked must be constructive to a better user experience Nominations are open until Wednesday 28 February. Prizes The winner of each category will get: A goodybag of HealthUnlocked stuff An Amazon voucher Rules of entry and terms and conditions The awards are free to enter The awards are open to all users of HealthUnlocked Only one vote per award, per person Nominations must be made on the voting form by the closing date Nominees may not vote for themselves People may vote for all, or just some of the awards By accepting the award, winners agree for their HealthUnlocked username to be used in promotion across the site and HealthUnlocked Blog. Upon submission of entry, nominees agree that HealthUnlocked may use information provided in the entry form for promotion purposes. No confidential information will be shared or disclosed.
