NT Skilled Occupational Priority List (NTSOPL) 2025

The Industry Skills Advisory Council NT (ISACNT) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that provides advice and gathers intelligence on workforce development, training package development, workforce solutions, and skills shortages in the Northern Territory.
 
The purpose of the NTSOPL survey is to understand your workforce profile, what job roles you employ, if you currently have a staff shortage or predict a staff shortage in the upcoming 12 months, and what difficulties you experience when attracting and/or retaining workers.
 
This information helps to identify high-priority or priority occupations and to inform the Northern Territory Government annually. The information is used to influence decisions on training investment, NT migration strategies, and policy development.
