2024 Operation Purple® Summer Challenge

On the following pages, you'll be telling us about your military family and the children you are signing up for this program. You might wonder why we are asking you questions about your family's military experience. At NMFA, we strive to understand the families we serve and we use your anonymous responses to better understand the needs and experiences of military families, to inform our advocacy work, and to develop future programming. Your story is important.

This is your registration! As soon as you see the confirmation page, you will be all signed up and will begin receiving email updates starting the Monday following the completion of your registration.

1. Complete one registration per family. If you are registering more than five (5) children, we ask that you email SummerChallenge@MilitaryFamily.org

so we may assist you.

2. Your registration must be filled out in its entirety to be enrolled in the Operation Purple Summer Challenge.

3. All military families who complete registration are accepted regardless of when they sign up, so take your time!

NMFA's Operation Purple Summer Challenge is designed for military kids in PreK through 8th grade (ages 3-12) and will include challenges for family members of all ages to try together. If you have children aged 13 and older, please answer the teen-related questions in the "Preferences Related to Summer Challenge" section.

Our info session for parents who sign up will be the week of May 29, 2024. Our first Challenges will be shared by June 3 and our first virtual Global Gatherings will be held on Friday, June 7.
