JVN Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

The Promoter of this prize draw is the Jewish Volunteering Network (JVN) of 44a Albert Road, London NW4 2SJ
To be eligible to enter the prize draw you must be 18 years of age or older and a UK resident. JVN contracted staff and family are not eligible to enter.

The Prize
There is one overnight stay for two, bed and breakfast at The Grove Hotel, Hertfordshire, excludes Saturday nights and Bank holiday weekends. Only one entry per person. To be entered into the prize draw (free of charge), you must participate in the survey before midnight on the 31st March 2026. The winner will be selected at random and notified by email (using details provided at entry) before 30th May 2026. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

Data protection
Any personal information you submit to JVN will be maintained in accordance with Data Protection legislation and processed as set out in the JVN privacy policy. Your contact details will be used to contact you and notify you if you have won a prize.
JVN must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize award took place. To comply with this obligation JVN will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails rachelle@jvn.org.uk by 30th May 2026. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact rachelle@jvn.org.uk. In such circumstances, JVN must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

General terms
The decision of JVN regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
JVN reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. Notification of any such action will be provided on the JVN website.
JVN accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind, if the winner provides incorrect bank details when claiming the prize or in respect of any delay with payment of the prize to the winner.
JVN, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of JVN, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
