SNF Survey:
Identification of Barriers to Admission of Residents with Opiate Use Disorders

Washington Health Care Association and LeadingAge, in partnership with ALTSA/Residential Care Services and the Washington State Health Care Authority, are asking skilled nursing facilities to respond to this survey to help identify what barriers they encounter to admitting residents with opiate use disorders.

This survey will remain open through July 30, 2021.
