Introduction
Kinsale RFC Committee has appointed a small working group chaired by Gordon Sullivan to report back to the Committee by the end of March 2017 on a plan with recommendations for the future direction of the club.  The Working Group want an imaginative and consultative approach to developing a new plan for the club. The approach will be inclusive and open and we are looking for the views and submissions of anyone interested in being part of the future of Kinsale Rugby.   The stages in developing the plan are:
1. Review
 Examine all aspects of the club – on and off field, Rugby, facilities, leadership, communications, social, connections
2. Consultation
Open day to hear views of the players, parents, coaches and supporters - 11th February at the club – watch the Ireland v Italy game at 14.30.  Discussions with team, coaches, committee, community.  Draft Plan, Prepare summary report and recommendations.
4. Report
Submit report to the Committee and then AGM
5. Implementation
Action plan to implement the recommendations
