1. Welcome and Introduction

Dear Participant,

Thank you for participating in this global initiative led by the AO Spine Knowledge Forum Spinal Cord Injury (KF SCI).

Background:
Traumatic Central Cord Syndrome remains one of the most common and controversial forms of incomplete traumatic cervical spinal cord injury. Despite increasing evidence supporting early decompression in selected patients, substantial variability persists regarding diagnosis, imaging, surgical indications, timing of surgery, preferred approach, and postoperative management.

The objective of this survey is to evaluate current global practice patterns among spine surgeons and neurosurgeons in the management of traumatic central cord syndrome, identify areas of agreement and uncertainty, and define future research priorities.
Instructions: Your insights are crucial to our understanding. The survey comprises introductory queries followed by 25 questions, and we estimate it will take approximately 10-15 minutes of your time.

Confidentiality:
Your participation is voluntary. Identifying information such as name, email address, or IP address will not be collected. Therefore, the identity of all survey participants will remain anonymous. Individual information will be kept confidential. By clicking on "Next", you are consenting to participation.
