MxD Project: Supply Chain Transparency Survey

Welcome to the survey! On behalf of MxD (mxdusa.org) and the Department of Defense, we are undertaking a year-long study titled Progressive Trust Building for Supply Chain Transparency (Project 24-02-02). A key part of this study involves data collection through external surveys. The survey featured here focuses primarily on data and information sharing within supply chains. Your participation is critical as we seek to extend our knowledge regarding how enhanced trust, transparency, and data sharing can further strengthen the competitiveness of organizations such as yours.

All responses will be aggregated for statistical analysis purposes only. We assure you it would be a serious breach of ethics to share your responses with anyone inside or outside your organization. This survey requires no special data collection efforts on your part.
