Student Centered Service Culture
Kutztown University is committed to creating and maintaining an environment conducive to a student-centered, service oriented approach to your educational experience. A student-centered, service oriented approach is defined as consistent, gracious service with staff members extending themselves to assist you with your needs. Our optimal goal is to provide additional, proactive support and / or resources to not only meet but also anticipate your needs.
Directions: This survey is designed to gain your feedback regarding how well we are at meeting student needs at Kutztown University. The survey will only take you a few moments to complete and is confidential. All responses will be reviewed in aggregate form and consolidated for use by the University to measure how well (or poorly) our first responding departments are doing in representing a student centered service culture.
At the end of the survey you will have an opportunity to select to either receive a free KU t-shirt (pending availability) or be entered into a drawing to win one of four $50.00 bookstore gift cards.
