Thank you for your interest in serving on a board of an arts, culture, heritage, media or sports organisation.
The form should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Progress is unable to be saved, but you can move back and forth between pages. Please remember to click submit at the end of the form to make your expression of interest.

Under the Official Information Act (OIA), any person can ask Manatū Taonga for information it holds. To protect privacy, Section 9(2)(a) of the OIA allows us to withhold personal information including names and email addresses and commercially sensitive information.
Please note, an expression of interest and submission of your details does not mean your name will be automatically forwarded to the relevant Minister for consideration, nor does it commit you to accepting an appointment if it is offered to you.
