5.Approval of the Annual Accounts 2025

The Annual Accounts 2025 were sent to the members on 29 April 2026 with invitation to comment by 13 May 2026. No comments were made.

The Treasurer reports that the financial results for the year are positive. Income from membership fees decreased compared to the previous year, mainly due to the resignation of some banking institutions.
Operating expenses increased, primarily as a result of an intensified programme of communication activities.
The Association's financial position remains solid and stable The net result is positive and in line with expectations.

Upon recommendation by the Auditors, the Treasurer invites the OGA to approve the Annual Accounts 2025.
