Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the 2016-2017 Alaska Grown Source Book! Please complete the following application with information about your farm as you would like it listed in the book.
Applications are DUE MARCH 15th, 2016.
The Division of Agriculture creates a new Source Book every other year in order to keep vendor information up to date and allow new vendors the chance to participate. Because the Source Book is a printed publication, we must have written confirmation from farmers that they would like us to publish their information. By filling out this application, you are giving the Division of Agriculture permission to print your farm information in the 2016-2017 Alaska Grown Source Book. The Division of Agriculture reserves the right to remove your listing from the Alaska Grown Source Book for good cause.
