Thank you for your interest in becoming an Admin Support Volunteer with Strong Women Talking.

The role of the Strong Women Talking Admin Support Volunteer is to provide administrative support to the Strong Women Talking team. This would include a range of administrative tasks to ensure that the participants of the program are being supported and service delivery is maintained.

As part of their role the Strong Women Talking Admin Support Volunteer will be involved in:
  • Utilising Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
  • Creating and maintaining a Microsoft Access database
  • Creating, inputting, and updating spreadsheets in Excel
  • Preparing correspondence including letters and flyers when needed
  • Other related duties as delegated.
Hours are available between 9am and 1pm, Monday to Thursday.

All volunteers must have their COVID-19 vaccinations and are required to follow a COVID-19 safe work plan.
