Series #5 Community Engagement: Storytelling at City Hall

Series 5 of community engagement is kicking off for the City Hall, Market Square, and Garage Renovation project! We invite you to participate in the planning of future displays and storytelling opportunities for City Hall and Market Square — a space that reflects the heart of our community.

Please share your thoughts at one of our in-person pop-ups or through our online survey. The deadline for responding is August 29, 2025, midnight.

For background on the City Hall Renovation Project, check out alexandriava.gov/CityHall. After decades of service, City Hall, Market Square Plaza, and Garage are in need of critical repairs and renovation. This survey is part of a broader community engagement plan designed to ensure that all Alexandrians are part of the design process.
