Ashwood Park is located at 10820 NE 10th Street. The current master plan was adopted in 1990 by City Council and includes: 1 acre of grass area, the library plaza, the TEN20 plaza, a two-story community center, three stories of affordable housing and underground parking. The master plan update will guide the development of the 2.5-acre area between the King County Library and the residential buildings and KidsQuest to the west.
