Attendant Care Coalition - Payment Rates Survey

The purpose of this survey is to help gather information on what program or waiver you or your family member use to access attendant services, and what payment rate your attendant is currently receiving.

Additionally, the Attendant Care Coalition is seeking data on whether or not attendants are receiving at least $13 an hour, that was part of the wage increase set by the Legislature, or if they are receiving below $13 an hour.

We are also seeking information on the implementation of $13 an hour, if individual clients are receiving it (overtime pay, back pay), or if they have received it at all, effective September 1st, 2025.
