  • The use of data at different levels of the organization, from front-line employees to the Board of Directors
  • Changes to data governance best practices, and how technology plays a part in governance

  • How are organizations addressing concerns of employees about job loss or machine-assisted decision-making?
  • The level of sophistication in using people data versus the daily needs of the organization.
